Collection: L-HM Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil

L-HM Anti-Wear hydraulic oil (AW hydraulic oil) is a premium-grade hydraulic fluid formulated to reduce wear in high-pressure, high-load hydraulic systems. Anti-wear additives protect pumps, valves, motors and cylinders from friction, scoring and premature damage, while also delivering oxidation stability, rust and corrosion protection, foam resistance and sludge control.

AW hydraulic oils keep a wide range of equipment running reliably in construction, manufacturing, agriculture and industrial operations — hydraulic presses, injection molding machines, CNC tools, forklifts, skid steers, excavators, loaders, cranes, mining drills, tractors and harvesters.

Two Product Lines in This Collection

SINOPEC L-HM Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil – The standard general-purpose grade, available from ISO VG 32 to 150. Meets ISO 11158 (L-HM), DIN 51524 Part 2 (HLP) and GB 11118.1 (L-HM). Typical oxidation life (TOST, ASTM D943): approx. 2,000 hrs.
SINOPEC AE Hydraulic Oil (Premium HM) – Formulated with Group II base oils and high-performance additive technology; performance comprehensively surpasses ISO 11158 HM. Higher viscosity index (112–118), lower pour point (down to –39°C), excellent oxidation stability for longer oil service life, and NAS 7 or better cleanliness at the point of filling. Available in ISO VG 32, 46 and 68. Typical oxidation life (TOST, ASTM D943): approx. 5,000 hrs.

Upgrade option: AE Hydraulic Oil can directly replace L-HM Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil of the same ISO viscosity grade (32, 46 or 68) when you want longer oil change intervals, cleaner systems and better low-temperature performance. Viscosity Grades and Typical Uses

ISO 32 (L-HM, AE) – Lighter grade for precision indoor equipment and systems that need fast flow and low resistance. For colder outdoor or winter service, choose L-HV or AE 5000.
ISO 46 (L-HM, AE) – The most widely used grade, suitable for moderate temperatures and general-purpose hydraulic systems.
ISO 68 (L-HM, AE) – Heavier grade for high-temperature or heavy-duty applications like loaders and excavators.
ISO 100 (L-HM) – For hot environments or systems with high operating temperatures and slow-moving components.
ISO 150 (L-HM) – For heavy industrial equipment where very thick oil is required to maintain film strength under intense load.
