L-HV Low Temperature Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil

SINOPEC L-HV Low Temperature Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil is a premium anti-wear hydraulic oil blended from highly refined mineral base oils and a multifunctional additive system. With a high viscosity index and low pour point, it is designed for moderate-to-high pressure hydraulic systems operating outdoors in cold regions, or wherever ambient temperatures vary widely.

  • SINOPEC L-HV Low Temperature Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil – Available from ISO VG 15 to 100, with a viscosity index of 146–173 and pour point down to –45°C. Meets ISO 11158 (L-HV), DIN 51524 Part 3 (HVLP) and GB 11118.1 (L-HV). Typical oxidation life (TOST, ASTM D943): approx. 3,500 hrs.
  • SINOPEC AE 5000 Multigrade Long Life Hydraulic Oil (Premium HV) – Formulated with highly refined hydrotreated base oils and multifunctional additives; performance comprehensively surpasses ISO 11158 HV. Exceptional oxidation and thermal stability for significantly extended oil service life, viscosity index of 151–160, pour point down to –45°C and NAS 7 or better cleanliness at the point of filling. Available in ISO VG 32, 46 and 68. Typical oxidation life (TOST, ASTM D943): approx. 6,500 hrs — the longest in our hydraulic range.

Interchangeability: AE 5000 can replace both L-HV and L-HM Anti-Wear Hydraulic Oil of the same ISO viscosity grade (32, 46 or 68) — one oil for year-round outdoor service with the longest oil change interval in our hydraulic range.
