Lubricants for construction machinery
Construction machinery works in mountains, cold regions, marshes and hot, humid sites, in heavy dust, mud and water, under large loads and frequent stop-start. This guide maps each machine's lubrication points to Sinopec products.

TULUX T700 CK-4 15W-40
Diesel engine oil for excavators, loaders, dozers, cranes and on-road trucks. Holds viscosity under heavy load and high temperature and keeps engines clean over long drain intervals.

Long-life, multigrade hydraulic oil for high-pressure piston-pump systems. A high viscosity index keeps the oil working from cold starts to full-load temperatures.

Anti-wear hydraulic oil for excavators, loaders, cranes and pump trucks in normal duty. For winter work outdoors, L-HV ISO 32 low-temperature hydraulic oil is also available.

For loader, forklift and other power-shift transmissions and torque converters. Sinopec's standard recommendation for these gearboxes, with TO-4 fluid as the premium option.

Drivetrain fluid for power-shift transmissions, final drives, wet brakes and clutches in dozers, graders, loaders and haul trucks that call for TO-4. SAE 30 is the usual transmission grade; heavier grades are used in final drives.

For axles, final drives, swing and travel drives, and paver and drilling-rig gearboxes. Extreme-pressure protection for hypoid and heavily loaded gears.

General-purpose grease for pins, bushings, wheel hubs and chassis points. Molybdenum disulfide lithium grease is also available for heavily loaded boom and bucket pins.

Maintenance manuals list the oil by specification. These are the industry and OEM specifications each product meets, as published by Sinopec Lubricant Co.
