Can I order a product that is not on the online store?

What do SAE, ISO VG and NLGI mean?
SAE grades (for example 15W-40) describe engine and gear oil viscosity. ISO VG (for example ISO VG 46) is the viscosity grade for industrial oils such as hydraulic, gear and compressor oils. NLGI (for example NLGI 2) is the consistency grade of a grease.
How do I choose the right product?
